The Oncology Registered Nurse evaluates, plans, implementsand documents nursing care for the oncology patient population. The OncologyRegistered Nurse works in hospitals and outpatient care centers where patientsreceive cancer treatments. In hospitalsettings, the Oncology Registered Nurse assists with surgery prep, patienteducation and coordination of their cancer treatments. In outpatient care center settings, theOncology Registered Nurse typically helps with treatments such as chemotherapyand infusions while monitoring patients' vitals, side effects, and pain. Minimum Requirements: + Current RN license in state practicing + One (1) year of experience in oncology nursing preferred + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Hello, I hope this message finds you well! Position Overview: The Registered Nurse - Clinic/Wellness/Immunization works in a variety ofsettings, including remote or clinic locations, to serve specific populationhealth and wellness needs. This role requires strong clinical judgment andadherence to facility policies and protocols. Sites may include community oremployment immunization clinics, wellness clinics, job safety and workers'compensation sites, and travel health clinics serving pediatric to geriatricpopulations.
