Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive product development Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and formulate and complete analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and presentation Conduct statistical analysis to make business or product recommendations (i.e., cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact assessment) Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders, developing clear and concise visualizations of quantitative data Help blithequark make key decisions to enhance products and services Qualifications We are looking for talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about data analysis and have a strong desire to learn and grow. Essential Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, etc.) Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.) Experience articulating product questions, pulling statistics from datasets (SQL), and using statistics to attain an answer Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with strong business judgment Preferred Qualifications Currently attending a degree program within the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time In their penultimate academic year or returning to a point program after completion of the internship Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business guidelines Interest and capability to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and developments, and finished knowledge of measurement, statistics, and application assessment Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with the training, support, and resources they need to succeed and grow in their careers.
