What You'll Do
Day-to-Day
- Transform raw financial data into profound insights by collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing various data sets
- Champion data quality by working hand in glove with Data Engineers and Scientists
- Establish collaboration between technical and business teams to close information gaps
- Apply cutting-edge ML models using modern frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Learn with and contribute to a team of senior ML experts
- Train and optimize models using large enterprise-sized data sets
- Test models to the highest standard possible through extensive testing
- Drive iterative improvement and feature development for model optimization
- Create easy-to-understand and comprehensive documentation that empowers the entire team
- Apply deep knowledge of ML algorithms to high-impact financial problems What You Bring
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or any related field (Equivalent experience welcome!)
- Practical experience with at least one: Python, Java, C++, C#
- Prior experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- A problem solver's mindset and strong analytical abilities
- Adaptability and excitement about fast-paced environments Bonus Points For
- Experience working on cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP
- Contributions to open-source ML or published work
