The Role Spacelift continues to grow, and our IT environment is scaling as well. This role ensures that our people, tools, and systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient, enabling every Spacelifter to perform at their best. You will be part of Spacelift’s IT team within the Security division, ensuring that internal systems, devices, and applications are properly configured, managed, and continuously improved. This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring infrastructure reliability, implementing automation, and providing support to employees. No client meetings. What you’ll do

• Maintaining our SaaS applications used within the company
• Managing IT support tickets and providing day-to-day operational assistance
• Contributing to the automation of repeatable IT tasks (onboarding, offboarding, access audits, etc.)
• Ensuring regular software updates and patch compliance
• Maintaining, ordering and updating the asset register (hardware, software, and licenses)
• Maintaining and access provisioning via IdP (Okta)
• Assisting in system monitoring, reporting, and process improvements

Tools Used by the Team

• We utilize macOS daily and Linux as our servers.
• We also use Okta for identity management, Google Workspace for collaboration, and Slack for team communication.
• Most workflows are automated using an automation platform. We also implemented a company-wide password manager.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Bring a solid foundational understanding of networking and enjoy diving deeper when needed
• Have hands-on experience with modern automation platforms (like n8n, Workato, Torq, or Tines) and love streamlining the way things work
• Perform in fully remote environments and know how to collaborate, communicate, and deliver with impact
