  • Sort, process, and organize incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist customers with mailing, shipping, and postal service inquiries.
  • Operate postal equipment and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency. Required Skills and Experience:
  • No degree or prior experience required – full training provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions and updating records.
  • Ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics environments.
