Work you'll do Become a trusted business partner that provides meaningful recommendations and financial insights Collaborate & manage the workflow for a diverse remote team (both US-based and India-based), including delegation, supervision, task management and quality review Develop presentations and management reports for senior leaders (both monthly & ad hoc) Own the financials for a complex organization with respect to the general ledger, balance sheet, reporting, planning, and forecasting Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner for a robust annual planning and periodic forecasting cycle for the business Lead the periodic Global Fee process providing transparent and accurate financials to Member Firms Lead a monthly & annual accounting close process, monthly billing & reporting cycle, and articulate financial insights Combine financial analysis with an understanding of the business in order to drive strategic insights and recommendations Explain, present, and analyze the financial performance of the business The team Global Finance provides the most cutting-edge and insightful research and analysis of the financial health of the entire Deloitte organization around the world. We advise, guide, and monitor global initiatives in five major areas: tax, member-firm reporting, finance and accounting, strategic projects, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, dvanced skills in strategic thinking, leadership, complex problem solving Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and key financial/operational metrics (KPIs) Results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and business leaders Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges Experience working effectively with offshore and remote teams Comfortable navigating and collaborating across various organizational levels Familiarity with a matrix organizational structures Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a diverse team of finance professionals Proficient in financial systems such as SAP and Anaplan Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Our culture At Deloitte Global people are valued and respected for who they are - with opportunities to bring their unique perspectives, talents and passions to business challenges.
