Position Overview The HR Business Partner Manager will be responsible for executing the talent strategy, providing a consistent experience to directors, managers, and employees, and supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the market. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, and we are looking for a self-directed initiator who can drive productivity, change, and outcomes with minimal prompting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert to managers and directors, providing guidance on HR matters and partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Facilitate difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes and resolve escalated conflicts among stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Execute HR business strategies to drive key business results, providing guidance on HR matters and partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions.
  • Consultation: Partner with managers, directors, and HR to proactively implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective, and support managers on HR projects.
  • Leadership: Implement and deliver solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate.
  • HR Insights: Interpret data and make recommendations, asking critical questions needed to evaluate data, gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to managers, and recommending solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent work experience in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or organizational development.
  • 8+ years of work experience in a related field, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and HR business partnership.
  • Previous HR or role-related experience is required, with a focus on business-facing HR, HR COE, HR operations, or role-related experience.
  • 4+ years of business-facing HR experience is preferred, with a focus on performance management, talent management, succession planning, and track record of being a trusted partner.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or organizational development.
  • Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR, is preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations, such as Title VII, FLSA, and ADA.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,100 - $156,900 per year, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
