What's in Store We're on the lookout for a Premium Audit Reviewer to work with our organization. The Premium Audit Reviewer performs quality review functions within the Audit QC Department to ensure that all audits meet regulatory and client-specific requirements. To be successful in this role, you need to have technical, interpersonal and math skills. Additionally, you will need to be dependable, adaptable, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary review of all premium audits (WC, GL, Garage, etc.)
• Audits methods include: Physical, Remote Physical, Virtual, Phone, Mail
• Independently determines if each audit adequately addresses the Afirm QC Requirements, state-specific requirements, and client-specific requirements
• Validate time charges with audit detail and/or explanations
• Manage inventory of audits to review
• Work to develop auditor quality by providing technical help and clear information through direct communication with the auditors during the review process, or as otherwise requested by the Davies QC Department management
• Meet production requirements and expectations as provided
• Perform other duties as assigned

This role is a full-time, remote position. Skills, knowledge & expertise

• 2+ Years Premium Audit Experience (3-5 years preferred)
• Must have extensive knowledge of manual rules: Basic Manual, Commercial Lines Manual, State-Specific Manuals for independent bureau states
• Thorough experience regarding the usage of PAAS (Codes, Bulletins, FAQ’s, Chart of State Exceptions, etc.)
• Proficient in both Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audits
• Knowledge of garage and auto liability audits is a plus
• Must have strong computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
• Must have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with the ability to clearly and concisely identify errors and steps for resolution
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
