Our platform was built for accountants, auditors, security professionals, investors, and other professional service firms, providing a secure, straightforward way to request, receive, track, and manage their documents at scale. If you’re looking for a promising company where you can genuinely make your mark, we’d love to talk to you. Who we are looking for: We are seeking a results-driven, impact-oriented Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale Suralink’s demand engine across paid channels, lifecycle programs, and revenue-focused experimentation. This leader is an operational powerhouse and will play a pivotal role in developing a lifecycle marketing system to fuel pipeline creation, increase velocity, and build a performance marketing function that consistently delivers efficient, predictable growth. This is a player-coach role where you will be expected to own day-to-day campaign strategy, execution & optimization while developing these skill sets in the rest of the growth marketing team. This role requires a blend of strategic clarity, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Leadership to develop, own, and optimize Suralink’s multi-channel performance marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth through advertising, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage and develop a team of growth marketers to execute on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Assist in scaling both inbound and outbound demand-generation engines that align tightly with GTM priorities, geographical segmentation, and firmographic indicators.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Leadership to maintain performance frameworks, attribution methodologies, and reporting systems to measure channel effectiveness and ROI.
  • Implement rigorous testing programs and oversee CRO initiative (creative, funnel steps, targeting, messaging) to improve CAC and conversion rates continually.
  • Partner with RevOps to optimize lead routing, data governance, lead scoring, and funnel health.
  • Oversee the operational creation of high-impact campaigns that resonate with both sides of our marketplace: accounting firms and their clients (CFOs, controllers, finance teams).
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate insights, competitive intel, and vertical nuances into compelling acquisition programs.
  • Own performance dashboards and regular reporting on pipeline contribution, CAC, channel efficiency, and forecast accuracy.
  • Use data to uncover insights, prioritize opportunities, and drive cross-functional decision-making.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record driving both high velocity and ENT growth for a B2B SaaS company—ideally vertical SaaS or workflow-heavy product.
  • Deep expertise with paid channels, funnel optimization, attribution, data hygiene, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong command of marketing operations, workflow creation, and full use of HubSpot as both a MAP and a CRM.
  • You thrive when presented with an idea in the 0-1 phase, and you can’t wait to scale it from 1-100.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.
  • A strategic operator who sees the whole funnel and understands levers, constraints, and opportunities to drive cost efficiency and maximize the pipeline.
