  • Keep every marketing project moving forward.
  • Get the most out of every vendor we pay.
  • Measure and prove the ROI on every campaign.
  • You will coordinate internal teams, external agencies, and freelance talent to ensure our marketing dollars are investednot wasted. And you will be expected to know, at any given moment, which projects are on time, which are stuck, and how the results compare to what we expected.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all marketing projectsif it slips, stalls, or sinks, we'll ask you first.
  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring they deliver on time, on budget, and on brand.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, events, operations, etc.) to secure resources, approvals, and intel needed to execute campaigns.
  • Review marketing performance metrics, analyze ROI, and recommend next moves based on data, not guesswork.
  • Produce weekly executive-level reports summarizing status, vendor performance, and results.
  • Keep our project tracking system clean, current, and impossible to ignore.
  • Write tight creative briefs and scopes so vendors know exactly what's expected.
  • Spot bottlenecks early and clear them before they become excuses.
  • Protect the brand and ensure everything we put into the world reflects our standards.
  • Jump in on special marketing initiatives and high-visibility campaigns where timing and precision matter most.

WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN HERE

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

  • 3+ years in marketing project management, vendor management, or agency coordination.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, ROI tracking, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Small business, entrepreneurial, or agency background where speed and accountability are normal.

OTHER DETAILS

  • Travel: Occasional travel for vendor meetings, events, or quarterly conferences.
  • Physical Requirements: Desk/computer work; occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
  • Hours: Full-time; occasional evenings/weekends if deadlines demand it.
