As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will

• Enter PCP, SIP, DSAT and Funding Sources into ETO. Tracks plan approval in LTSS, communicates with Service Coordinators and DDA when there are delays or clarification requests. Activates/Deactivates Funding Sources, PCPs and Goals in ETO based on LTSS status.
• Coordinate and communicate with CEP services staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of all documentation.
• Reviews, signs, and send DSA to CCS.
• Ensure HRST Disability matches ETO disability.
• Compile and process OHDS Transportation Services.
• Assist to reshape and design PCP submission process identifying and recommending opportunities to build in efficiencies.
• Assist with CDS Virtual Services as needed.
• Assist with administrative and office support as assigned.

You must have 1. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. 2. Ability to prioritize and balance a multitude of work assignments. 3. Ability to proactively meet deadlines for compliance or other required tasks. 4. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through all means of communication (e-mail, phone, in person, virtual). 5. Strong ability to interact professionally and comfortably with staff and outside partners. 6. Good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition needed to work with personality types. 7. Strong ability to problem-solve and discern more complex issues, reporting them to the manager/supervisor. 8. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other required and web-based platforms. 9. High School diploma or GED 2. 1 year experience in documentation management Work Conditions/Physical Demands This role is primarily sedentary and is a remote based position. This position will be required to report to the Towson, MD office on an occasional basis as needed to carry out the functions of the job.
