[Remote] Identity & Access Management Security Analyst

They are seeking an Identity & Access Management Security Analyst to manage access provisions and troubleshoot issues within various systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Provision, deprovision, and change privileged and non-privileged access within various platforms, systems, and applications
- Follow standard operating procedures for centralized access processes maintained by the IAM Access Operations team
- Troubleshoot access issues and provide guidance towards resolution
- Collaborate with IAM team members to learn new administration processes and associated risks
- Communicate effectively within the IAM organization and with requestors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow and BeyondTrust
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to identify issues, risks, and procedural irregularities
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or macro scripting
- Familiarity with IT General Controls
- Demonstrated ability to engage others for support in complex situations
