Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the preparation and processing of prescriptions, including data entry and verification
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including bolthires Office and pharmacy management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy or customer service role
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures, including prescription processing and patient care
- Strong math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent
