- Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with choice to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical office location
- Schedule flexibility including 9/80 (after 26 weeks)

Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Project Manager will:
- Identify and outline the scope of the project, recruit, interview, and manage all project staff.
- Manage quality assurance and operational efficiencies of the project and manage deadlines related to the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Act as a liaison between the customer firm and project staff.
- Recruit contract attorneys for various roles.
- Develop client relationships and works closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts.
What Do We Look For?
- Individuals with a law degree or legal background
- Excellent business acumen and customer service skills
- Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills
- Previous experience handling temporary recruiting preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities using strong critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures
- Experience or knowledge of e-discovery procedures
- Must be in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA) if an active member
- Previous recruiting experience helpful
