Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other perks.
  • Working closely with union associations to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who express interest.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer interactions and sales performance.
