Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Sales and Appointment Setting at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. You will work from the comfort of your own home as a remote agent, enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with working remotely. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Set appointments with customers to discuss products or services
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

* At least 6 months experience in telemarketing, sales, appointment setting, technical support, or customer service/retention

  • Must have a USB headset
  • Must complete typing and voice tests
  • Must pass a background check (no felonies in the past 5 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)

  • 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Certification in sales or customer service (e.g. Certified Sales Professional, Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
