Key Responsibilities
As an experienced automation specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing complex workflows using AI, ChatGPT, Zapier, iOS Shortcuts, Notion, and other cutting-edge tools
- Transcribing and summarizing voicemails, as well as organizing follow-ups and reminders without manual intervention
- Building simple yet effective systems to track conversations, tasks, and decisions
- Setting up alerts, summaries, and triggers to ensure seamless communication and information flow
- Occasionally evaluating and optimizing existing systems to ensure they remain efficient and effective
- Collaborating with our team to identify areas for automation and implementing solutions that drive business value
