As a key member of our Global Large Customer Sales team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our revenue strategy and operations to drive growth and success in the years to come. Responsibilities:

As a Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Finance, to develop and implement business process plans that drive company confidence in annual goals
  • Leading the business through operating information and cadence, including weekly revenue calls, to ensure alignment and progress towards key objectives
  • Identifying and executing proactive strategic projects that enable sales leaders to better operate their teams, resulting in quantifiable business outcomes
  • Leveraging first and third-party market data to create new sales programs and refine our go-to-market strategy across all segments of our ads business, in collaboration with channel and regional sales leadership
  • Developing a playbook for rapidly ramping sales teams and providing measurement, data, and operating insights to leaders to support demand-side growth acceleration
  • Overlaying a market opportunity view with our internal view to identify new pockets of revenue and drive growth

Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Operations, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive business outcomes
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Prior startup experience is preferred, but not required
  • International experience is also preferred, but not required

Pay Transparency:

We're committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The base pay range for this position is $232,500 - $325,500 USD, and may vary based on factors such as skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
