Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team, working 80% outbound and 20% inbound. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner - Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Experience with computer, typing, and navigating the internet is essential - Ability to communicate verbally and orally, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic - Utilize a wired USB headset with an inline mute switch to ensure clear and effective communication - Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards - Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote our products and services

Requirements and Qualifications

- 1 year of sales experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently - Proficiency in computer, typing, and navigating the internet - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision - Strong work ethic, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Technical Requirements

- Windows 10/11 operating system (Chromebooks, HP Streams, and Macs are not compatible) - 8Gb of RAM - 250 GB Hard Disk Space - Wired USB headset with inline mute switch - Laptop or desktop that is no more than 2 years old - Monitor if using desktop and cables - Ethernet cable to connect to router (Wi-Fi will not be allowed)
