Content Creator Needed for High-Volume Original Content Creation

We are looking for a highly skilled creative professional who can take full ownership of a multi-brand content workload, follow detailed instructions with precision, and consistently deliver high-quality work. About the Position This role supports five unique brands across entertainment, music touring, real estate, home services, and personal branding. You will be responsible for producing original content every month, creating AI-enhanced visuals, and maintaining brand voice consistency for each company. You will meet with the CEO monthly for direction, prepare all content in advance, submit it for review, and schedule everything within a structured content calendar. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently while delivering daily content across five brands and multiple platforms. Brands You Will Support

• Music Competition Tour – Multi-city artist showcases and performance events
• Entertainment Company – Concerts, festivals, boat parties, and live experiences
• CEO Personal Brand – Empowerment, identity transformation, and AI-driven content, including an AI avatar you will help develop
• Real Estate Brand – Investing, BRRRR strategy, market insights, and wealth-building education
• Home Services Company – Renovation and contracting, including before-and-after transformations

Monthly Output Expectations

• 10–20 posts per brand
• Approximately 50–100 original content pieces per month
• Short-form videos, graphics, AI visuals, promotions, storytelling
• All content formatted in 9:16 for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X

30-Day Storytelling Framework Each month follows a structured storytelling system where you will create five versions of each day’s theme, one for each brand. Themes include origin stories, industry challenges, lessons learned, transformations, behind-the-scenes insights, client success stories, proof of work, industry trends, future vision, and more. Types of Content You Will Create Short-Form Video

• Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
• AI-generated videos and talking-avatar videos
• Event highlights, property tours, renovation walkthroughs
• Trend-based, cinematic, or educational content

Graphics & Images

• Posters, flyers, carousels
• Quote cards, infographics, testimonials
• Before-and-after images and AI-generated lifestyle visuals

Story-Based Content

• Founder stories, brand narratives, client wins
• Educational breakdowns and transparency content

Promotional Content

• Events, concerts, ticketing posts
• Real estate lead generation
• Renovation services and coaching/program promotions

Community & Engagement

• Polls, prompts, CTAs, Q&A posts

Behind the Scenes

• Brand operations, team moments, project updates

Responsibilities

AI Content Production

• Create daily content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, RunwayML, HeyGen, Pika Labs, and Canva
• Develop and manage a talking AI avatar for the CEO
• Repurpose content across platforms and brands

Video Editing

• Edit vertical short-form content
• Add captions, transitions, and overlays
• Turn long-form footage into multiple clips

Design & Marketing

• Prepare graphics, hooks, captions, scripts
• Assist with newsletters and simple landing pages (optional)

Publishing & Organization

• Schedule daily posts for all brands
• Manage monthly content calendars and brand folders
• Report weekly on performance and analytics

Required Skills

• Strong Canva and short-form video editing skills
• Experience with AI-generated video and graphics
• Ability to create or operate a talking AI avatar
• Excellent written English and communication
• Ability to produce engaging, viral-ready content
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
• Fast learner with advanced AI tool proficiency
• Capable of full-time work (40+ hours/week)
• Preference for long-term commitment
