Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Live Chat & Help Center Setup Specialist with expertise in Intercom to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for setting up and integrating Intercom, our live chat and customer support tool, with our website. You'll also be responsible for building out a comprehensive Help Center/FAQ section for our clients, as well as setting up automated chat replies to reduce repetitive support queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up Intercom (chat widget, support inbox, automation flows, etc.)
* Integrate Intercom with our website (Webflow/WordPress)
* Match our brand design and tone
* Organize and build the FAQ/help center within Intercom
* Add automations to reduce repetitive support queries
* Optional: Help format FAQ content (we'll provide the core material)
Ideal Experience
* You've set up Intercom or similar systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Tidio, etc.)
* You know how to structure an FAQ for fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce
* Bonus: Experience working with prop firms, brokerages, or trading platforms
