Role Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to live chat inquiries from customers worldwide. You will rely on scripted responses and company workflows to deliver consistent and professional support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat inquiries quickly and professionally, using scripted responses and company workflows

• Assist customers with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution
• Follow company scripts and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality
• Document conversations and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution
• Maintain a courteous and empathetic communication style, providing a positive experience for customers

• Practice chats with simulated customers, ensuring you're comfortable with our chat platform
• First live shift monitored by QA, providing feedback and guidance
