Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing accurate data entry, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and error-free
  • Verifying and organizing digital files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and retrievable
  • Supporting internal teams with reports, providing them with accurate and timely information to inform their decision-making
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless data management and processing
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, ensuring that all data is accurate and consistent

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Good typing accuracy, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Internet access, with a reliable and fast connection
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of data management software, such as Excel, Access, or SQL
  • Certification in data entry, data processing, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
