Job Summary

We're seeking optimistic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, resolving their concerns and ensuring their requests are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll work from home, using our structured protocol and scripts to document conversations and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring all company procedures are followed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Inputting accurate trip data into our systems
  • Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Referencing unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
  • Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
  • Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills (all system documentation will be in English)
  • The ability to type 35wpm or more
  • The ability to answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ calls per day)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
  • The ability to work overtime as required
  • The ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment and Schedule

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home. Our training schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST, and our post-training schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30pm-8am EST. You'll be required to attend 100% of training, on camera, for the first 30 days of employment.

Work-from-Home Requirements

To ensure a successful remote work experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High-speed internet (25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload)
  • Ability to directly hardwire to your modem
  • A dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely
