• Managing schedules, coordinating travel details, and confirming reservations to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, tours, and excursions that meet client needs and preferences
• Offering helpful insights on weather, customs, local culture, and required travel documents to ensure clients are well-prepared for their trips
• Troubleshooting and making alternative arrangements as needed to resolve any travel-related issues
