Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders, quotes, and service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide informed support to customers
  • Utilizing Excel Spreadsheets to track customer interactions and order status
  • Staying organized and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bilingual Spanish & English preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and customer requests
