About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Airline Customer Service Representative to join our team at JFK International Airport. As a Mandarin speaker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our international clients and passengers during PM shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to domestic and international airline passengers, ensuring a positive travel experience
  • Rotate through various airport areas, including check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals

  • Professionally interact with high-profile passengers, port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • English proficient, with Mandarin speaking skills a requirement
