Job Description

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner, while also assisting card members with billing inquiries, payment processing, account updates, and transaction disputes. Your primary objective will be to offer solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and rewards programs.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
