Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Associate – TurboTax Product Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding TurboTax products and tax return software
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing expert guidance on basic tax questions and TurboTax product features
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless customer support
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through empathetic and effective communication
  • Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on TurboTax products and tax return software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
