Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find solutions
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be a fun and friendly person who values customers and takes pride in everything you do
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Be comfortable talking to strangers and have a positive attitude
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (in-person or remote)
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Have a strong internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
