Call Center Rep- Answering Service - PT/ Weekends

DescriptionWe are currently hiring for a Remote Call Center Rep -Answering Service to work Part-time/ Weekends.Summary:The Call Center Agent is responsible for accurately and efficiently answering calls received in the Contact Center while providing the highest level of customer service. The Call Center Representative will use the appropriate procedures, tools and equipment to answer inquiries and relay messages. Must be able to work Holidays.Essential Functions:Handle inbound calls in a manner that fall within the service level agreement (SLA) established for the departmentDisplay the ability to understand the reason/needs for the patient or clinicians call and page or contact the appropriate physician to meet the caller’s needsAbility to utilize and maneuver several different software systems to resolve customer inquiriesAccurately document caller information and navigate scripts using active listening skillsMeet specified goals and objectives as assigned by management on a regular basisProvide exceptional customer service to all clientsMaintain confidentiality of account information at all timesEscalate any problems that may ariseAdhere to the prescribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of ConductMaintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance ProgramAssist with other projects as assigned by managementKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Positive attitude and ability to work well with othersExcellent communication skillsProfessional, articulate voiceAbility to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customerEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitudeAccess Point, a division of Lifepoint Health, is a patient engagement company that works on behalf of physicians, hospital systems, and other key stakeholders to improve engagement and enhance outcomes for the populations they service.
