E-commerce Order Management Executive - bolthires Partner

Job Summary: As an E-commerce Order Management Executive for bolthires Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery of products to customers. This role demands a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing order fulfillment processes, handling escalations, managing customer service interactions, and ensuring all orders are processed in alignment with Amazons operational standards and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• * Manage end-to-end order processing, including order verification, shipment tracking, and resolution of any issues that arise during fulfillment.
• * Oversee and ensure accurate inventory management, stock updates, and proper documentation of all orders.
• * Collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other bolthires partners to ensure smooth order execution.
• * Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• * Handle order-related inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• * Ensure compliance with Amazons policies, procedures, and best practices related to order management and customer satisfaction.
• * Report and analyze order management performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• * Work closely with internal teams to streamline order management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, inventory, and other related functions.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms, particularly bolthires.
• * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience:

• * Experience working with inventory management tools and software.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
