This role combines visual design, marketing strategy, and user experience to create compelling, high-performing email campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality, responsive HTML emails for customer communications, loyalty marketing, and brand campaigns.Collaborate with marketing, loyalty, and CRM teams to craft email campaigns aligned with business goals and customer insights.Translate brand guidelines and campaign concepts into visual email templates that reflect a premium travel experience.Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).Maintain email campaign calendar and support ongoing marketing automation efforts, including customer journeys and triggered campaigns.Ensure cross-platform and cross-device compatibility and compliance with accessibility standards.Manage assets, templates, and design systems in accordance with brand standards and aviation industry regulations.Stay current with email marketing trends, aviation branding strategies, and customer loyalty innovations.Required QualificationsBachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 3 5 years of professional experience designing and developing email campaigns.Proven experience working in the aviation or travel industry with a recognized airline or global travel brand.Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp).Strong understanding of email best practices, responsive design, and GDPR compliance.Portfolio showcasing email designs, especially for travel or loyalty campaigns.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience designing communications for frequent flyer programs or travel loyalty schemes.Familiarity with CRM tools, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategies.Understanding of airline customer personas and seasonal travel trends.Knowledge of airline reservation or loyalty platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, LoyaltyEdge).
