Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be part of our dynamic Sales Planning team, working closely with our Sales and Revenue Management teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated book of business, handling the RFP process from proposal generation to contract execution, and providing expert planning and topic expertise to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Partner with Sales and Revenue Management teams to implement packaging and pricing strategies, as defined by Revenue Management ratecards and guidelines

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance of active contracts and assemble media plans for Upfront and Scatter deals
  • Maintain the pipeline in collaboration with your Sales team
  • Execute budget adjustments, including incremental spend, optimizations, makegoods, and cancellations
  • Provide record and planning topic expertise on advertisers' specific preferences
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet client needs and achieve internal objectives
  • Analyze campaign delivery and assign make-good inventory
  • Partner closely with Account Management to execute campaigns, maximize delivery against contracted objectives, and address client reporting needs
  • Negotiate directly with agency contacts to address RFP expectations and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage multiple priorities independently and effectively across numerous internal stakeholders and books of business

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of professional experience; media sales planning and/or buying experience strongly preferred
  • A passion for working in a collaborative Sales Outreach team environment
  • A positive attitude and approach while handling daily tasks
  • A ability to effectively problem-solve and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Embodies an eager-to-learn mentality with a drive to take on new responsibilities
  • Experience working across Microsoft Suite, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Knowledge of media math and terminology is desirable
  • Familiarity with sales systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Knowledge of blithequark brands and products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in sales or customer service
