Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for completing a variety of HITs in a timely and accurate manner. Your tasks may include:

• Completing simple data entry jobs to more complex analytical tasks
• Reviewing instructions provided with each HIT and ensuring understanding before beginning work
• Adhering to quality standards set by requesters and maintaining a high task approval rate
• Keeping track of your completed tasks and earnings
• Continually learning and adapting to new tasks and requesters

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Success Associate, you'll need:

• A computer with reliable internet access
• Proficient in English (reading and writing)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to follow complex instructions
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in web browsing and data entry
• Familiarity with the web and comfort working in an online environment (beneficial but not required)
