Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative / Account Representative - Sr-IT, you will provide first-line IT support through live chat in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service through live chat
  • Documenting actions and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Multitasking across multiple chats while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Providing proactive support and guidance to customers to prevent issues from arising
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technical trends and developments in the industry

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-line IT support through live chat in a fast-paced 24/7 environment

Essential Qualifications

* 2-5 years of related customer service or chat support experience

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
