Key Responsibilities

As an Airline Call Center Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat messages related to airline services, reservations, and flight changes.
• Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and refund inquiries.
• Providing up-to-date flight information, including schedules, delays, and policies.
• Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensuring compliance with airline policies and federal travel regulations.
• Offering recommendations for travel upgrades, baggage policies, and loyalty programs.
• Processing payment transactions securely and accurately.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using airline CRM systems.
• Meeting performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience
