Your Role Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Support Agent, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer support team, providing real-time assistance to users through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound customer chat inquiries inside a browser-based platform
- Guiding users through login issues, payment updates, and product questions
- Utilizing support macros and saved replies to respond efficiently
- Escalating technical or billing problems to internal teams
- Accurately tagging and summarizing conversations after each chat
- Providing thoughtful, respectful written communication at every step

Pay and Shift Structure
Starting wage: $28/hour Promotion eligibility to $30-$35/hour after 30 shifts with strong QA and resolution metrics Pick your shift blocks weekly using our internal dashboard. Morning, evening, weekend, and overnight blocks are available. Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week.
Training & Launch Timeline
* 2 hours of structured onboarding
- Practice chats with personalized feedback
- First monitored shift to confirm readiness
- Most agents are live within 4-5 business days
Example Work Session
You sign in for a 6 PM–10 PM shift. A customer can't locate their order—you find the tracking link and update them. Another asks how to apply a coupon—you paste a saved response. A third wants to cancel their plan—you walk them through it using a templated flow. Every conversation is typed. No phone. No stress.
