Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing phone support to our clients, including Aetna Medicaid individuals and suppliers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to incoming calls, answering questions, and resolving issues related to benefits, qualification, services, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and answer questions related to benefits, qualification, services, and other topics
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet performance guidelines, participation requirements, and call quality objectives

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to drive to the office in Richmond, VA when unable to telecommute due to technical issues
