Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining customer service reports and dashboards within various Business Intelligence (BI) tools. You'll work closely with our Data Perception team to migrate scheduled Scene dashboards into arenaflex's custom data representation tools. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen will help us identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer service data, informing executive-level decisions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and maintain worldwide customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and vendor partners within various BI tools like Scene

  • Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Perception team to migrate scheduled Scene dashboards into arenaflex's custom data representation tools
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer service data
  • Provide level one support to vendor partners and data consumers, working closely with Data Design teams to ensure timely resolution of data integrity issues
  • Train and educate clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver regular executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and guide critical business decisions
  • Design and implement comprehensive and predictable techniques, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a customer service or related functional setting
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Scene, Power BI, or similar
  • Proven expertise in designing and creating complex reports, dashboards, and insights that drive operational improvements
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms, engaging diverse audiences to drive results

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field or related experience

  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
  • Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and iterative development processes
