Revenue Accounting Manager- Enterprise Sales

• Manage the review and approval of on premise and cloud growth agreements, ensuring appropriate recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and other applicable standards
• Provide support and guidance to Sales, Legal, and Order Management teams on deal structure and contractual terms for revenue compliance and optimization
• Review business growth recognition documentation for executed agreements in the NORAM region, ensuring accurate assessment of non-standard technical accounting terms and computation of accounting adjustments needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding revenue accounting matters, providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to revenue accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of revenue experience with 3 years minimally in a technical accounting role, ideally with experience with Public Companies
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and primarily revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
• Proficient in using large scale ERP systems (Oracle Fusion a plus), and Revpro
• Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
• Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels at the company
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• BA/BS degree in Accounting. CPA or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience with a Big-4 accounting firm is strongly preferred

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $127,800 - $166,850 Zone B: $115,200 - $150,400 Zone C: $106,200 - $138,650 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
