Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Manager – Cybersecurity Questionnaire Specialist, you will be responsible for completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, monitoring incoming requests, prioritizing tasks with internal business leaders, and extracting information from past questionnaires. You will also be trained on additional data entry tasks as requested by management and maintain all required corporate training up to date.

Key Areas of Responsibility

* Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritize tasks with internal business leaders
  • Extract information from the archive of past questionnaires to inform current responses
  • Coordinate final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Record progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) and maintain accurate records
  • Complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management, including learning necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology
  • Maintain all required corporate training up to date, including cybersecurity best practices and industry developments

General Responsibilities

* Solicit input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions and ensure accuracy

  • Complete data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Learn necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology to perform tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Work on problems of limited scope, learning on purpose while gaining experience and expertise
  • Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work, taking responsibility for tasks and outcomes
  • Establish stable relationships with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts and business leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications

* Technical skills: + Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel + Proficient with remote work tools, including MS Teams and MS Outlook + Experience with JIRA issue tracking software

  • Preferred skills / engineering tools: + Cybersecurity experience, including knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
  • Certifications: + None required, but certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are a plus

Minimum Qualifications

* Education Requirements: + High school diploma or higher

  • Experience: + 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Skills: + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong attention to detail and accuracy
