Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and DSC Processing Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Processing Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
• Maintaining and updating records and databases with the utmost attention to detail and accuracy
• Ensuring timely completion of data entry and DSC processing tasks to meet deadlines

• Handling customer inquiries and providing support related to data entry and DSC processing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in technical and computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office and total work experience (Preferred)
