Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Building and deploying complex machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, predictive analytics, and device learning strategies to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
• Communicating technical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and management teams with varying levels of technical expertise, ensuring that complex concepts are conveyed in a clear and concise manner.
• Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
• Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of business decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Utilizing cloud-based technologies, including Azure/Databricks, Snowflake, and GitHub, to develop and deploy scalable data solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and improvement.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and optimize machine learning models, predictive models, and/or optimization models.
• Advanced expertise in programming languages, such as Python, PySpark, and SQL, as well as experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib and TensorFlow.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K-means, and anomaly detection.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure/Databricks, Snowflake, and GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications

* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

• Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies.
• Experience in reinforcement learning and healthcare applications.
