Job Responsibilities

• Acting as an initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, providing timely and effective support
• Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
• Fielding daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications and Requirements
