Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, resolving their concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a contact center environment to promote financial products and services, including money market funds
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer support and providing suggestions to resolve internal and external client issues
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Performing moderately complex customer service tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving client complaints
  • Overseeing risk by following all policies and procedures, and staying up-to-date with changes to them
  • Advocating for advanced services, such as online delivery of statements and records, online sign-up, and other digital opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of financial products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Ability to investigate common computer issues
  • Experience handling complex transactions and implementing thorough analysis to resolve complex client requests

Preferred Capabilities:

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Contact center experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to explore digital innovations to provide a better customer experience
  • Financier industry experience
  • Knowledge of investment terminology
