Job Summary:

We're seeking an accomplished data scientist to join our Information Stage – Knowledge group at arenaflex. As an Information Researcher, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data analysis and support for business, operational, and functional design initiatives. Your expertise will help us scale our investigation strategies and tools to meet the demands of our growing business. You'll also contribute to the development of our business intelligence vision, design solutions for data-related business growth, and drive strategic execution through research analysis and mission execution reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with members of Stages and Services to guide them towards better decision-making using available data

• Advance data and insights through managing communications with partners and other groups, working with colleagues to complete data projects, and ensuring all stakeholders can utilize the findings to drive progress
• Maintain a customer-driven focus while being a domain and product expert through data, foster trust among peers, and ensure that groups and projects have access to data to inform decisions
• Oversee ambiguous issues and adapt tools to address complex questions
• Recognize the trade-offs between speed and quality of various methodologies
• Develop logical frameworks to measure group success by working with teams to establish progress metrics, create ways to track the data and investigate errors, measure and assess the data to develop a common language for all stakeholders to understand these metrics
• Operationalize data pipelines to provide partners with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools so everyone has a fair understanding of the state of the business

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in a data-related role in a consumer web business, high-speed, high-growth product or team

• Master SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
• Experience using data to drive business results and inform decision-making
• Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining the KPI process for your business
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Passion for online communities, games, and arenaflex

• Experience in Functional Excellence, defining metrics and analysis reporting
• Experience working with software development and functional event data
• Experience with AI techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and neural networks
