Job Summary

We're currently hiring Work from Home Customer Service & Sales Representatives in 35 states across the country. As a representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' customers, while also working to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
  • Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives through proactive sales efforts and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's services and solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity and performance standards, including attendance and quality metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • At least one year of customer service experience (one year of sales experience required for Sales positions)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales or customer service

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's services and solutions
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
