Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting business clients through enhancement, reporting, and investigation
- Maintaining service levels through meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity objectives
- Supporting the execution and advancement of arenaflex's Automatic business age and stage arrangements
- Providing technical support to a Worldwide Merchant group
- Contributing to the investigation and streamlining of cycles, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, account management, project management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of business age or Promotion serving arrangements (e.g., Google Promotion Director, AdMob, DV360)
- Experience in smoothing out functional cycles (e.g., automation)
- Familiarity with web-based promoting arrangements (e.g., Promotion serving, business age) and key stages and patterns (e.g., desktop, mobile, video)
- Understanding of SQL
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry and function well with a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience utilizing business age or Promotion serving arrangements (e.g., Google Promotion Director, AdMob, DV360)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
