With approved contracts in place, we're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team and help us expand our reach in new locations.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Activating prospective clients and bringing on new clients through stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
- Cultivating prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
- Onboarding existing clients' locations information
- Documenting all stakeholder interactions into our CRM
- Working closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
- Playing a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
- Ensuring recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
- Networking actively to expand presence in the market
Key Responsibilities
* Close clients in the new market as assigned

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of sales experience (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
