With approved contracts in place, we're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team and help us expand our reach in new locations.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Activating prospective clients and bringing on new clients through stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
  • Cultivating prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
  • Onboarding existing clients' locations information
  • Documenting all stakeholder interactions into our CRM
  • Working closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
  • Playing a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
  • Ensuring recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
  • Networking actively to expand presence in the market

Key Responsibilities

* Close clients in the new market as assigned

  • Ensure recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
  • Network actively to expand presence in the market

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of sales experience (required)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
